Mikey
Mikey is the team's video editor and graphic designer, transforming raw footage and creative concepts into polished, engaging content. With a strong focus on storytelling, pacing and visual design, he ensures every video and graphic is purposeful, on-brand and built to capture attention. Outside of work, Mikey enjoys reading, writing and pursuing creative projects of his own.

Mikey
Will is the founder of Penson Creative. What started as a passion for creating has grown into a career helping businesses tell their stories and connect with their audiences through high-quality content. With a love for filmmaking and visual storytelling, Will brings a creative approach to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys running and, unsurprisingly, watching plenty of films.
